We’re thrilled to announce the newest member of our Aquarium family – Sono, a male harbor seal pup – born on April 5, 2023! At birth, Sono weighed 18 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 30 inches in length. His name was inspired by the neighborhood of South Norwalk, where we are located and have played a significant role in revitalizing since our opening in 1988.

Both Sono and his mom, Gracie, are doing extremely well!     He is currently adjusting to life in Pinniped Cove, therefore, he may not be visible at all times.
